CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Community Credit is currently recruiting for Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing competent, timely and professional service on all inbound and outbound calls. In addition, they are responsible for posting payments, running loan documents, maintaining/updating account information and various administrative duties such as filling and office organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must have High school diploma or equivalent. Customer Service Representatives must be able to fluently speak English and Spanish, have previous experience in answering multiline phone systems, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and exceptional organizational skills. Must be able to work flexible hours when needed.
